Marilyn is a brilliant example of autonomy. She is firm in her own beliefs and has followed her passions throughout life, being sure to appreciate all opportunities that present themselves. She wants you to remember that "it's what you do with what you've got that pays off in the end".

I guess, looking back on my life, I'd leave some allowances for things just opening up. I think when opportunities open up, it's a good idea to move ahead and not hang back too much.
